MARTINA TÖRNVALL
Martina is a devoted Kundalini yogi who throws herself head first into anything her heart guides her towards. Ever since yoga became her safe harbor during a stressful time in law school, it's been her space to let go of her head and instead connect to a place deep inside. After juggling her time between the office and the yoga mat for some years as a corporate lawyer, she decided to follow her longing for deeper meaning. Since then, her search has taken her across the world to teach yoga. Passionate about sharing any of the techniques that has guided her on her path, Martina teaches in a soft yet empowering way and truly believes you are your inner guru.
Martina grew up in the countryside, riding horses in the deep forests of Sweden. From an early age, she loves being surrounded by nature which is still where she finds deep peace and inspiration.
"Kundalini Yoga has been the most effective tool I found to strengthen my physical body, clear my mind, boost my energy levels, and most importantly, give me an experience of my soul."

Johanna/Hari Sant has returned home to Örnsköldsvik after 15 years in the US. She came in contact with Kundalini Yoga after a bicycle accident in NYC 2011 where she injured her back and neck. Learning valid breathing techniques, kriya and meditation was key to helping her live a pain free life, in spite of her back injury.
Johanna has since studied and practiced yoga both in Sweden and the US. She was drawn to Shaktischool and founder Sukhdev Jackson where she completed teacher training in 2019. Today Johanna continues to work closely with Suckdev and is dedicated to sharing the Woman’s Kundalini Yoga teachings to support Women to come back “into their True Power”. Her passion lies in guiding women, in all ages, to connect to their inner strength, wisdom and letting the medicine woman inside come alive.
Johanna holds women circle’s, in depth workshops and retreats in Sweden and the US.
