My name is Martina. I love to guide people to greater health and happiness. During the past fifteen years I have been on my own journey to heal my body and soul. It started in law school when I became a hypochondriac. I thought that I was really sick, and no one even doctors could tell me what was "wrong". After a year of struggle I understood that nothing was wrong. The symptoms I was going through - panic attacks, heart arrhythmia, leaking gut, vertigo and body aches - was a call to wake up. I needed to stop running and start take care of my body and soul for real. I am now a certified holistic health therapist, vegan chef, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator with a deep passion to share all these techniques with whoever is ready to journey towards greater health.

NUTRITION
Daily recipes for 1 day of preparation, 3 days of liquid cleanse and 1 day of integration. Receive a one hour individual coaching session, including tongue- and face analysis, to determine your individual needs for the cleanse and onwards.
YOGA
Kundalini Yoga brings balance to the body, mind and soul. It strengthens the nervous system and gives you a taste of your soul. Receive a daily online yoga class that will help you cleanse the body and support your body's self-healing.
BREATHWORK
Conscious breathing removes toxins from the body and promotes blood flow. It's extremely effective to brake any stress and brings you back home in an instant. Receive a daily online guided breathwork and meditation session to even further support you.
NUTRITION
In this cleanse, we let the food be the medicine. Plants and herbs has an innate ability to support and heal your body, giving it the nutrients it needs to start it's own self-healing process. We use vegetables and fruits, superfoods and adaptogens, herbs and other supplements to support the body during this cleanse. As much as possible, the plants should be locally grown and organic to even further support the cleanse.
In this course, you receive:

A one hour coaching session before the cleanse, including a tongue- and face analysis, with personal recommendations for the cleanse.

Nourishing recipes and shopping lists, for each day of the cleanse. This will vary depending on your constitution as discovered during the coaching session.

YOGA
Yoga and movement will help your body detoxify and cleanse out whatever is ready to leave your system. Ready to then boost and rejuvenate every little cell. You will find a new class in your library each and every day and can choose when during the day to get on your mat depending on what suits your schedule.
